A Turkish R&D partner for your consortium
Building a consortium or looking for a partner for a call: below are the technical work packages we can carry and the roles we can take in a project.
The team that writes the proposal also runs the work package. When the two are separate, the first six months of a project go into closing the gap between commitment and reality.
Türkiye is associated to Horizon Europe, so Turkish partners take part on the same terms as partners from EU member states. Our Participant Identification Code (PIC) is 864254578.
The Turkish side of your consortium, in one place
Beyond our own work packages, we can shape and coordinate the Turkish contribution for the coordinator:
- Partner landscape: which Turkish companies, universities and research institutes fit the call and the use case.
- Use case: a Turkish use case defined so that it serves the project objectives, from requirements to field demonstration.
- Tasks and budget: work packages, responsibilities and budget split scoped with each Turkish partner.
- Coordination: one accountable contact for the Turkish partners through the proposal stage and, if funded, as national coordinator during delivery.
We only present partners who have actually committed.
Work package content we can carry
On the engineering side we take on analysis, modelling and validation: we define what the system has to do, model it and prove that it works. On the administrative side, proposal writing, reporting and financial governance are handled by the same team.
Requirements and system architecture
From use case to measurable technical requirements; definition of subsystem boundaries and interfaces.
Modelling and simulation
Multibody dynamics models, mechanism synthesis, energy consumption and performance prediction, built on PhD-level dynamic analysis.
Algorithm and control design
Navigation, positioning and decision logic; sensor selection and measurement architecture.
Field validation
Test protocol design, measurement plan, data collection and reporting of results in a form that holds up in front of reviewers.
Environmental assessment
Life cycle assessment (LCA) and carbon footprint studies, applied to four different machine models.
Technology and patent mapping
State-of-the-art analysis, competitor and academic publication screening, patent family mapping. This feeds the technical rationale of the proposal.
Impact, dissemination and exploitation
Impact pathway design, target market and business model analysis, dissemination plan and exploitation rights for the results.
Project management and financial governance
Consortium reporting, periodic reports, cost documentation and an audit-ready file structure.
The roles we take on
The role depends on the call rules and the consortium structure. All four have been carried out before.
- Work package leaderWe take responsibility for one or more of the topics above and deliver their outputs and interim reports.
- Participating partnerWe provide analysis, modelling or validation input to a work package led by another partner.
- CoordinatorInternational consortium coordination was carried out in the EUREKA-ITEA EFICAS project; consortium management, reporting and financial governance are familiar ground.
- Subcontractor or service providerWhere joining as a partner is not the right fit, we work as a service provider against a defined output.
Where these capabilities come from
Luminairo was founded in April 2026 at METU Technopark, Ankara. The capabilities above come from the founders' operator work in the R&D center of an international agricultural equipment OEM and in the defense industry.
International consortium coordination in the EUREKA-ITEA EFICAS project. As TÜBİTAK reviewers we have also seen proposals from the evaluator's desk.
Selected projects: Track Record.
How we start
Tell us the programme and call, the topic and the role you expect from us, or set up a short call. Within two business days we reply with a clear answer on which work package we can carry.
Useful to have for the first call: programme and call name, the deadline if known, the project topic and the role you expect from us, and who is in the consortium so far. If none of this is settled yet, write anyway; the first call is there to settle it.
If you need an NDA, we can sign it before the first call.
